 Stop Choking and Stand Up. Sometimes when we feel that we are in utter desperation our redemption can be right in front of us and as simple as standing up. In this photographic series Lera R seems to be asphyxiating while in a cervical traction set. The patient uses a weight to give traction to the spine but she's seated on a stool, if she stood up the solution presents itself as the pressure is removed. Not unlike the notion of "Don't Drown in Shallow Waters", if you just stood up you'd realize you were in only one metre (three feet) of water.
